Best Medical-Legal Nurse Consultants has the only CLNC located in the state of Hawaii. Best Medical-Legal Nurse Consultants was founded by Carol Best.

We are a network of CLNC with vast experience in issues of health that include Neurological Catastrophic injury/illness, Rehabilitation, Nursing Management and Standards of Care, Long Term Care, Labor and Delivery, Home Care, ICU and Med-Surgical Nursing, Orthopedic Care and Medical Research.

The credential, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC), distinguishes each of us as an experienced nurse that devoted the time and effort to prove a competency level as measured by Standards of Care. We are committed and obligated to demonstrate that the CLNC skills and knowledge are updated on a regular and ongoing basis.

We are qualified to provide the medical and nursing opinions as experts on health, illness and injury and the healthcare system. The CLNC primary role is to educate. We strive to maintain objectivity. We represent and speak for the nursing profession. The “patient” is no longer our focus but may be the beneficiary of our involvement in the case.
